How do I delete my account?

If you are sure you want to delete your GamePoint account that is linked to one of our available GamePoint Apps, the process is quick and easy. Contact us to start a conversation with our Support Team in order to initiate your account deletion request. Make sure your playername is included in your request.
You can also launch a GamePoint App on your mobile device and delete your account in the Account Settings menu. Not only does this step permanently delete your account, but you will also lose access to any data previously associated with your account including, without limitation, your level and virtual products. GamePoint will also delete your personal information, app info & device identifiers, stored in-app messages and profile photo and anonymizes your purchase history.
The account deletion request can take up to 7 days to be processed by the Support Team, while deleting your account in-game is instant.
